Childcare VouchersWe accept Childcare Vouchers and BACS is our preferred payment method, however we still accept Cheques and Cash. Would you like to save up to £858 per year, (basic-rate taxpayer) or save up to £1,066 per year, (higher-rate taxpayer)? Yes it’s possible, and here’s how. The rules governing the Tax and National Insurance treatment of Childcare Vouchers changed in April, this year. From there onwards, employers can offer their employees childcare vouchers worth up to £50 per week (£217 per month), free of tax and National Insurance contributions. We've teamed up with Fair Care, Accor and Busy Bee's Childcare providers, for more information see below. These changes have presented employers with a superb opportunity to help their employees meet the costs of childcare, whilst at the same time enjoying significant savings themselves. Any employee, any gender, who has a qualifying child, or who has parental responsibility for a qualifying child whom lives with that employee can take part in a childcare voucher scheme. It is possible for married couples or partners with parental responsibility for the same qualifying child to both take part in the scheme, therefore doubling your entitlement. If your employer doesn’t participate in any of our voucher schemes, please give the necessary details of who your employers provider is to the Director, who will only be too happy to set up the scheme, so that we can accept the vouchers. A child qualifies up to the 1st September following their 15th birthday or 1st September following their 16th birthday, if that child has special needs. As an approved Childcare provider and registered with OFSTED, we’ve teamed up with the following providers to be able process and accept vouchers. If your employer doesn’t have a scheme, why not ask them to set one up. Fair Care or Busy Bee's will provide all the support necessary to set-up a childcare Voucher scheme, keeping the employer’s involvement to the minimum. The providers we've teamed up with will provide all the support necessary to set-up a childcare Voucher scheme, keeping the employer’s involvement to the minimum.
