We value all comments and suggestions that you wish to make about the company, club, staff or how we operate etc. All comments are taken seriously and acted upon. A, book is available on the reception desk to record all your comments and suggestions or us this contact page.

In the interest of the environment, we can supply you with copies of our newsletters and other communications, electronically by e-mail. If you wish us to do this, please let us know, or alternatively you can advise us on the application form.

All communications regarding the company/club should come be addressed to the director, and not the Committee of Springfield Community Bungalow, as we are totally separate businesses.

We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours (although please allow longer in busy periods). We don’t accept ‘Cancellations’ by email, please call or pop into see us.

Policies and Procedures

All staff, volunteers, learners and visitors comply and follows all our Policies, Procedures & Guidelines, to the later. We have included “some” of the most pertinent information within this website, but due to space there is too much information to include on the site. The Policies are continually being revised and updated, as new legislation takes place. As a company, we review them regardless every 6 months (sometime more frequently) to check there validation and accuracy.
We invite Parents/Carers to view ‘ALL’ our Policies and Procedures on request. Once you have seen them, all we will ask you to do is sign a form to say that you have done so.
